Helios Physiotherapy, Chiropractor & Massage - Cambridge

I’ve been going for Physiotherapy for my wrist since the past 2 weeks. Himja has been so good, that I’ve seen improvement after my first session! She understands the issue and explains it really well, and patiently answers every single question. I highly recommend this place!

Reviews are not something I do often if at all but i feel it is necessary here. I am here in Cambridge temporarily for work, I have a herniated disc in my back as well as neck that have been giving me trouble for quite some time. After seeing a chiropractor/physiotherapist for a number of times in my home city with little improvement I was reluctant to go out of my way while on this business trip. I am so happy that I did. I called around to a number of places and no one could fit me in. Helios was able to schedule me in for an afternoon on a Saturday, short notice with dr. David Nguyen. I was scheduled for a consultation and alignment etc. 50 min appointment. David went above and beyond, listening intently to my symptoms and situation, working as many angles as possible to make sure the diagnosis was as correct as it could be and going through treatment options and expectations BEFORE performing anything. Very respectful and attentive. After a few small adjustments and a few days later I have ZERO pain in areas that I’ve been trying to have corrected for months and months. All said and done I was in there for almost double my scheduled time, I left feeling better then I ever have physically not to mention the level of respect and positive manner sure was an appreciated contribution to the experience. I will be coming back here any chance I can get while in the area. Highly recommended.

6 months after a fall and my wrist was still in pain, so I sourced out physio. I was nervous as I had never had any sort of physical therapy done, but Himja explained everything! Very knowledgeable and thorough. The stubborn wrist took a few months to heal, but after a mix of physio and chiro, I finally feel like I have my life back! I've been recommending this clinic to anyone I can. If your looking for physical therapy, I can't recommend this clinic enough!

Himja and Parth helped me with my ankle. They were an amazing team. Parth saw me through to the end of my treatment with great kindness, skill and compassion. Treatments were great, addressing the issues and providing relaxation, support and exercises to strengthen. I wish I had gone much sooner to get their excellent help. Thank you!

I see Andreia about once a month (sometimes more!) for massage therapy. I first went to her after pulling a muscle in my neck and not being able to turn my head. Later that day, and even more so the next day, my neck felt so much better and I regained full range of motion. Now, I couldn't make it through my stressful job and workouts without her! She is very professional, respectful, and intuitive. We always start by going over any areas of concern I have that visit, and she remembers my stress spots" that get particularly sore. The music

I badly injured my back a year ago and was referred to Helios, just after one session I could feel the huge difference. Himja makes you feel so comfortable all throughout the duration of your session with her relaxing conversations!!

My chiropractor Dr.David Nguyen did an awesome job to treat my back and neck pain. He is very patient, always listening and pay full attention. I had been suffering from back and neck pain for very long time due to my job. I tried massage and taken pain killer before but received very little improvement until Dr. David treated me, things improve drastically like magic. I am very happy with Dr. David's service, not to mention that he charges very reasonable price. Highly recommended. I will definitely revisit again.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Helios. I have been getting physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy there and the professionals all work together to focus and concentrate on the specific injuries I have. I thought I would need a hip replacement after years of limping and no improvement. After a couple of months I no longer walk with a limp and my pain is easing after every visit. I will continue to give them my business for the foreseeable future. They are all amazing!

I was having trouble with my ankle from an injury suffered 3 years ago. I reached out to Helios clinic and took sessions of Chiro from David Nguyen and Physio from Parth Parekh. My ankle is much better in just 2 session and I could walk without pain. Thank you to the team for helping me. Highly recommend!
